These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the Colis Myst\u00e8re Box website relating to unopened parcels from customer returns from e-commerce platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation when validating their order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The buyer accepts the random and uncertain nature of the content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Price<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Prices are shown in euros (\u20ac) including all taxes (TTC).
    Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The risk is transferred to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        8. Right of withdrawal<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n

        In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        However, due to the specific nature of mystery packages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • If the package has been opened, the right of withdrawal cannot be applied.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The product must be returned unopened, in its original condition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              The legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects apply only within the limits compatible with the random nature of the product sold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Since the products are sold in unspecified lots, the warranty cannot cover a specific item contained in the package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              11. Responsibility<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n

              Colis Myst\u00e8re Box cannot be held responsible:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • from misuse<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • indirect damage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Liability is limited to the amount of the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                12. Disputes<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n

                These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred.
